Cork reclaim Munster title in Killarney on Sunday evening
GOALS win games, and Cork bagged two on Sunday evening as they defeated Kerry, 2-8 to 0-7, in the Munster ladies football final in Killarney.
Player of the match Orla Finn was at her opportunist best to score a first-half goal, making the most of a Kerry defensive mistake as the Kinsale ace found the back of the net in the 26th minute. Cork led 1-5 to 0-4 at half time.
Then midway through the second half, Rena Buckley tucked home a penalty after Cork captain Ciara O’Sullivan was fouled in the square; that pushed Cork 2-7 to 0-4 ahead, and they were never going to be caught after that.
And thanks to Jerome Quinn's top-class videos, you can enjoy Finn's and Buckley's decisive goals that helped All-Ireland champs Cork be crowned Munster champions again.
