MET ÉIREANN has upgraded their status yellow rain warning for West Cork and the rest of the county to a status orange rain warning.
The warning is currently valid for 24 hours, from 00:00 Saturday to 23:00 Saturday
Met Éireann says possible impacts of the rain include river and coastal flooding, dangerous travelling conditions and travel disruption.
Be careful on the roads and when out and about.
