Four units of the Cork County fire brigades, including two from Schull and two from Skibbereen are currently attending what is believed to be a small fire at the Smooth Beauty Salon on Bridge Street in Skibbereen this evening.
It is not yet clear if anyone has been injured or how much damage has been caused.
Diversions are currently in place in the town and gardaí are also attending the scene.
