BANK of Ireland has announced the return of its Enterprise Town initiative to Skibbereen on Friday November 25th (5:30pm-8:30pm) in the Skibbereen Sports Centre.
The event will feature a business, community and sports expo, as well as plenty of family-friendly activity.
The initiative aims to promote enterprise and drive business momentum for local businesses and the wider sports and social community in the locality, by connecting residents with all the town has to offer. Events are free to attend and are open to both customers and non-customers.
Over the course of the evening over 80 exhibitors will display a wide variety of products and services. The events include a special guest appearance from TV presenter Daithi O’Shea, as well as lots of fun family activities including face painting, sports demonstrations, raffles, freebies, biz world and a photo shoot completion.
Skibbereen branch manager, Celeste Shorten, said the local community had embraced this initiative wholeheartedly. ‘Working together we have organised a very exciting programme of activity. The event will be free to attend and is open to all. It is a fantastic opportunity for the community to see the level of enterprise here in Skibbereen.’
