Bank of Ireland is to host its ‘Enterprise Town’ initiative in partnership with the local community, in Skibbereen.
BANK of Ireland is to host its ‘Enterprise Town’ initiative in partnership with the local community, in Skibbereen.
The Bank has taken a three-pillar approach to this initiative, whereby the local branch manager, Celeste Shorten, will work closely with the business community, the wider sports and social community and the schools in the town.
Various planned activities will take place during the event which aims to promote and drive momentum for SMEs in the locality, while showcasing all that the town has to offer.
The event will be held in Skibbereen Sports Centre on Saturday December 12th 3-6.30pm and on Sunday December 13th,12-3.30pm.
The Enterprise Town initiative is run in partnership with the business community, the wider sports and social community and the schools in town who will be working together to support, promote and drive momentum for SME’s in the locality while showcasing all that the town has to offer.
The events are free to attend and are open to both customers and non-customers.
Commenting on the initiative Celeste Shorten, branch manager, said: ‘We are very excited to launch our ‘Enterprise Town’ initiative in Skibbereen. The level of support from the community for the initiative has been incredible.’
