‘Beyond the Menu' shines the spotlight on how Chestnut managed to gain a Michelin star within 6 months of opening
On October 1, 2018, Restaurant Chestnut in Ballydehob became one of two West Cork restaurants to be awarded Michelin stars.
Nearly 12 months on, the Ballydehob eatery is set to feature in the third episode of RTÉ 1's Beyond The Menu which airs tonight, Monday September 23 at 7.30.
Chestnut, which gained its first Michelin star within six months of opening, is run by Rob Krawczyk and his partner Elaine Fleming and is situated in an old pub in the village.
