Drinagh held its Spring Dairy Seminar at the West Cork Hotel in Skibbereen last Thursday with over 100 farmers attending.

The combined West Cork team who narrowly missed out on first place, and came second, in a very competitive inaugural primary interschools equestrian competition which was held at Sceilig Equestrian Centre last weekend are (from left): Maggie McCarthy and Sadhbh Fehily of Coppeen National School and Aoife O’Regan Monaher, Ahiohill National School. Bantry Macra na Feirme raised a wonderful sum of €8,400 with their Christmas lights tractor run which was held in aid of two worthy causes, The Samaritans and Pieta House.
